Semtech Corp.

Semtech reported net income of $12.1 million (16 cents per diluted share) for the fourth quarter ended Jan. 30, compared with $12.5 million (16 cents) for the like period a year earlier. Revenues rose 6 percent to $58.4 million.


The Camarillo-based semiconductor producer expects net sales for the first quarter ending May 1 to decrease 5 percent from the fourth quarter. Earnings in the first quarter are expected to be 14 cents per diluted share.



3D Systems Corp.


3D Systems Corp. reported fourth-quarter net income of $3.1 million (20 cents per diluted share), compared with a loss of $1.3 million (10 cents) for the like period a year earlier. Revenues for the Valencia-based maker of imaging systems rose 9 percent to $38.3 million.



IRIS International Inc.


IRIS International reported fourth-quarter net income of $830,000 (5 cents per diluted share), compared with $80,000 (1 cent) for the like period a year earlier. Revenues for the Chatsworth-based automated urinalysis technology maker rose 19 percent to $12.2 million.


For fiscal 2005, the company expects revenue growth of at least 25 percent and earnings per share of at least 30 cents, on a projected 18.3 million diluted shares.
