Ducommun Lands Boeing Deal

Ducommun Inc. said it has been awarded a four-year contract with Boeing Co. to supply cargo barriers for the 767 family of airplanes.


The barriers are the main structure between the forward fuselage and the cargo area for the freighter version of the jet. Production will take place at Ducommun’s Monrovia facility.


Shares in the Carson-based company were up 13 cents to $22.68 in midday trading Tuesday.
