A union representing employees at two Hyatt hotels announced today that workers have voted to authorize a strike.
Thursday’s vote affects those employed at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza and the Hyatt Andaz, and authorizes rank-and-file bargaining committees to call a strike, if necessary, Leigh Shelton of UNITE HERE Local 11 said.
