Record Drop in Dog, Cat Euthanasia

Los Angeles animal control officials achieved a record last year by euthanizing fewer dogs and cats at city shelters. Los Angeles is on pace to become the nation’s largest no-kill city by 2017, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
