AwesomenessTV Signs United Kingdom Distribution Deal

AwesomenessTV of West Los Angeles has signed a deal to distribute its TV series in the United Kingdom through British broadcaster ITV, reports the L.A. Business Journal. The two companies also announced that they will co-produce several new youth-focused TV shows for the United Kingdom and other international markets.

StackPath Acquires MaxCDN

Content delivery network MaxCDN of Universal City was acquired by StackPath of Dallas for an undisclosed amount, reports TechCrunch. StackPath emerged out of stealth on Monday with a $180 million in funding and the announcement that it had made four acquisitions, including companies MaxCDN, Fireblade, Cloak, and Staminus.

Sandler Partners Acquires X4 Solutions

Could services firm Sandler Partners of Hermosa Beach has acquired master agency X4 Solutions for an undisclosed amount, according to a press release. The combined company will generate approximately $65 million in revenue this year.

Atom Tickets Expands Ticketing Service

Movie ticketing app Atom Tickets of Santa Monica has expanded its service to Dallas, Houston, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Kansas City, Charlotte and Raleigh, according to a press release. The company plans to expand its services nationwide by the end of the summer.
