THE BUZZ: Roski is trying to bring National Football League to Las Vegas after failing to land team for site in City of Industry. Majestic and Las Vegas Sands Corp. in talks with Oakland Raiders to move team to $1 billion domed stadium on 42-acre site recently bought for $50 million by University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Roski’s L.A. stadium plan, always a long shot, dashed in January when NFL allowed Stan Kroenke to move Rams to Inglewood. Majestic owns more than 75 million square feet of real estate – mostly Southern California industrial property. Company bought 530 acres of land in Aurora, Colo., intended to become warehouse space for e-commerce businesses. Roski donated $25 million in April to alma mater USC to endow and name the USC Gayle and Edward Roski Eye Institute. His wife, Gayle, had recently undergone cataract treatment at the center. Raised in Westchester, joined family real estate business in 1966.
