L.A. fast casual salad restaurant Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop is growing.

Restaurateur Jon Rollo, who started the first store in Beverly Hills in 2007, hopes to eventually expand outside of California. In the meantime, he’s opening the restaurant’s seventh location in Glendale on Oct. 10, and has plans to open a location in Calabasas and on the campus of the University of Southern California by early 2017, according to publicist Jillian Eldredge.

Rollo started the restaurant, which allows customers to customize salads and grain bowls for around $10 and also sells its Grab N’ Grow meals at stores like Equinox, as a “passion project,” according to the store’s website.

Before opening Greenleaf, Rollo worked for the Patina Restaurant Group, a national restaurant and catering company whose restaurants include the Michelin-starred Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the LACMA Café.
