Music mogul Russell Simmons is taking a Zen approach with his next venture.

The executive and longtime yogi will be opening Tantris, an 8,000-square-foot yoga and wellness center, in West Hollywood next month.

Simmons said Tantris is a manifestation of his more than 15-year passion for yoga and veganism.

“I’m excited to create something I’m passionate about and build a community for like-minded individuals, while reaching a new audience by providing knowledge and generating awareness,” Simmons said in an emailed statement.

The two-story yoga center will feature a number of services, including a retail space, juice bar, lounge area, meditation room, and two hot-yoga studios as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms.

The studio will also debut the launch of Simmons’ athleisure line, also called Tantris, which will offer clothes for men and women. The apparel and accessories line will only be available at the studio and on the company’s website. Prices will range between $88 and $128.

There are plans to open more locations across the country, with New York being considered an option for its second outpost.

Simmons said the goal is to educate visitors on making healthier choices.

“We aim to inspire daily practice, devotional study, and karmic duty,” he said, adding that the goal is eventually to expand Tantris locations by incorporating yoga teacher training into offerings as well as hosting retreats.
