SpaceX’s Elon Musk Reveals Mars Mission Plans

Elon Musk, chief executive of Space Exploration Technologies Corp., unveiled his plan for colonizing Mars, reports Bloomberg. The missions will be made possible using a large reusable rocket and in-space fueling.

Jukin Media Adds Marketing Division

Jukin Media has added a division that will focus on supplying marketers with footage from its library of clips, reports Tubefilter. The so-called Ethos division will leverage Jukin’s proprietary licensing technology to work with brands and ad agencies to target and clear user-generated content for their use in marketing campaigns.

Peter Guber and Investors Buys E-Sports Team

Peter Guber and several other investors have pooled their money to buy e-sports franchise Team Liquid for an undisclosed amount, according to a press release. The team has more than 50 players competing on 10 different teams. Collectively, the team participates in global tournaments for video games such as StarCraft 2, League of Legends, Dota 2, Hearthstone, CS:GO, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch, and Halo.

Mattel’s 3-D Printer Delayed

Mattel’s 3-D printer, the ThingMaker, has been delayed until next year, reports TechCrunch. The low-cost device works with an app to help children design plastic toys such as dolls, robots, and dinosaurs.
